Montana Senate race on YouTube

In a highly contested Senate race in Montana the Democrats have young staffers going out to record and capture the Republicans campaign speeches. They are not doing this to help in his campaign, but rather in hopes to capture some not so flattering moments. One such event caught the Senator nodding off at a farm hearing. With the upcoming mid-term elections the campaigns, not in only in Montana, but in other states are getting in on the video on demand wave.

While the political battle heats up, opposing sides must find a way to create buzz about their candidate while finding weaknesses in their opponents. While you use to have wait for the evening news, any footage available can be posted online within a matter of minutes of the event occurring. This poses a very interesting question on what if any guidelines are there for having opposing staffers follow those on the campaign trail?
