September 17th, 2007We saw the term Condo Hotels for vacation options and were not sure what these were so we did some investigating. Condo hotels are condos that the owners can rent out like hotel rooms when they are away. The building association is set-up to accommodate these rentals with room services and other amenities just like you would get at a 4 star hotel. The cool thing about the design of condo hotels is that you can select from some amazing locations and condos that you would not normally consider for vacation otherwise. So if you are traveling on vacation or extended stays for business look them up and you may be pleasantly surprised.
How I started selling online

Now that I had these drop shippers with literally thousands of products, I now had access to wholesale clothing like the big guys and could start defining my niche. So I set out to find different channels in which to sell and market our items other than eBay and found similar sites, with good traffic, that did not charge a listing fee, but charged on the actual sale.

School is back in and my yougest daughter came after her first day with a jigsaw puzzle that she designed herself. It was pretty cool since they took each childs hand and had them trace around it on a board that had puzzle pieces already formed. Then each child wrote a meassage on their puzzle and colored in the hand print. So when she came home she told me how excited she was that she had made her own puzzle since we love to put puzzles together. We spent that night putting the pieces together and then taking them apart. I hope that she stays this engaged and excited about school and showing me her latest accomplishments.
Back Yard Fun
September 10th, 2007The other night we were sitting out in the backyard around our fire table roasting marshmallows and making smores. This was one of the best investments that we have made for our back yard to gather the family around and share stories and create a more close knit family. My son loves to burn the marshmallows and yet he will still eat them. We decided on the propane fueled fire pit because of the easy cleanup and quick start-up. There are log fueled fire tables which are just as nice depending on the ambiance you are trying to achieve.

School is back in and the police are out enforcing the speed limits. In our area they will pull you over in a school zone if your are going 2-4 miles per hour over the posted limit. The ticket cost is $119 in a school zone. This is an area where a radar detector may not help, but they are useful in situations to alert of you possible activity in the area. Radar detectors are meant as a means to keep you in check with your speed and not enable you to break the law. There are so many different types of radar detectors and bands that are being used to detect speeders that you want to make sure that the one you choose covers the broadest spectrum.

We recently moved into our new home and we were fortunate to have the guidance of a interior designer. They were able to help us pick out the color schemes throughout the home and find the right mix of granite and tile. The one thing I was not prepared for were the light fixtures. There were so many to choose from and various designers. We finally landed on fixtures from Murray Feiss which are brushed nickel and a rustic texture in some of the rooms. The lighting goes great and with the huge selection we were able to use the same designer in the formal dining room and throughout the home. The design was flawless and everything came together very well.
