I was traveling the other day with a suitcase that is probably 4 years old and I had the zipped bust off and made nearly impossible to open the luggage once I got to my room. I know that your luggage is not treated with the best of care but to have the zipper nearly ripped and to the point of breaking off is a bit much. It made me think of the old Samsonite commercial where they had a actual gorilla jump and down on the luggage. It made think that my next piece of luggage will be from Samsonite.
