Banking Online
We do most of our banking online and the ease and convenience has been really great. Our Current Accounts consist of checking and savings which makes it easy to transfer money bank and forth from one account to another. Savings Accounts through our bank actually pay over 5% in interest which is higher than it has been in years. For the most I feel pretty secure when banking online and I cna always go down to my local branch for depositing checks. Some banks charge for the internet banking which is odd since there is no teller involvement and the cost to incur the transaction is quite small.
Some banks will charge late fees and return fees for a a direct debit charge. In most cases these are not entirely legal and you can get those charges back. Since it does not typically cost the banks $25-$35 to handle the transaction you need to pursue the issue with your bank.You can  Claim Bank Charges by going to bank and explaining the circumstances and they will usually reduce or eliminate the charges.
