This past year our team was able to obtain a milestone in sales so we wanted to be able to provide them a special reminder that would commemorate the achievement. We got the idea to provide engraved Victorinox swiss army watches that had the salesperson name and sales achievement so that everyday they would be reminded of their accomplishments. I can say that out of the various sales incentives that I have given this engraved high end watch still gets talked about and now has become a sign of our high achievers.
