Tankless water heater
We were recently asked to write about tankless water heaters and at first I had to understand what exactly was meant by this. Most homes come with a 40-60 gallon water heater that works great unless you have multiple users and then once the hot water has gone it takes a while for it to get back up to the required temperature. With a tankless water heater the water is heated at the point of use. Which means you use less resources and have instant, constant hot water. These devices can be powered by either gas or electric and fit nicely in any bathroom or where hot water is needed. With an average life expectancy of 20 years and up to a 50% energy savings this is a great addition to any home.
