Increasing your storage
March 17th, 2009When we first purchased our digital camera about two years ago the memory that was available was fairly limited. We had purchased upgraded compact flash memory card that held 256 Mb of data or about 200 low resolution pics. I noticed that recently you can find compact flash cards that have up to 16 GB of capacity that is simply amazing. The design of todays digital cameras come standard with about 256 MB but at the current resolution of 10 MB you can use up your memory very quick. We have since upgraded our camera memory and this has been a great investment since we can store more photos and makes traveling on longer vacations much nicer so that you can store more photos until you get back home.
Howie Mandel and your Xbox
March 17th, 2009Howie Mandel is a making a huge comeback with the hit “Deal or No deal” he is now branching out to the internet with buy.com. This footage of commercial that they were shooting touting the large selection of electrics for Sale at buy.com is a great example of taking one of the hottest stars on TV and leveraging their talents on various forms of media. They feature Howie and his son Alex on how to use buy.com. I guess the only thing missing are the 26 beautiful women that Howie has to help him out on TV.

March 6th, 2009Have you noticed that many of the online talk shows will have specials where they use a paternity test to help determine the father in a paternity case. Most recently Dr. Phil got into the action by having a person in question submit to a DNA test in order to answer the question of who the father might be. They were the lab that helped to determine the father of the child that lot her mother in an untimely death and help settle the dispute that was all over the media.

March 4th, 2009If you have ever been to one of the tech shows and awards ceremony you will notice that no one will be wearing a tuxedo. While they are not just a bunch of pocket protector wearing coders they are definitely have a style all their own. This folks are more concerned with how their content and programming will look rather than their own personal appearance. You can tell that they are always focused on perfecting their skills and do not really give much attention to their dress.
Who is still growing
March 2nd, 2009I was watching a special report about the building and economy in North Dakota. They were talking about their building and housing market and how it has been able to avoid the downturn that seems to be hampering most of the country. One of the local banks that had handled over 2000 loans commented that out of all those loans only three had defaulted which is a huge deal. This has helped local builders and online casino netmaterial handling supply companies to grow their inventory and maintain their current employees. It goes to show that the entire country is not underwater and that if people maintain their cool and do not panic then we will recover from this mess and headed back to prosperous times.
Dolphin Websites
March 1st, 2009A lot of talented webmasters out there that can create just about anything on their screens they want to. A fancy logo or a blend of colors on a webpage can make a site and the design process is very important. I was looking at some different dolphin websites and they are a lot of things to work with there. The 3d dolphin wallpaper and tons of free dolphin screensavers are available to anyone wanting to add these marine mammals to their sites or computer screens. I like the underwater effect that you can do online and great graphics for that are available too. I have seen some dolphins swimming underwater on screen savers and I thought that was a great idea to do.
A theme can be very important to a website and sticking on the topic. Your design can be a matching theme that goes with the text content of a website. Choosing something like dolphins as your design would be great, if you did plan to do something related to dolphins or your text was related. You may not have any text on the website you currently have or plan to design in the future and you can just make a website with pictures. Dolphin Bubbles has a nice mix of dolphin pictures and text content on their blog, but a website with just dolphin pics would work too. Just put on your thinking caps and get creative as possible and see if you can develop a unique website or a common one like dolphin websites and just doing it a bit different from other websites that would be about dolphins.
