We were viewing some of the new homes that have been on the market for quite some time to see what they offer and to possibly pick up some good investments. One of the homes that we saw and really liked had a Tuscan feel inside with dark rich cabinets and the faux textured paint that resembled an old Italian restaurant. One of the eye catching accessories that we saw were copper sinks that were in the guest and master bathroom. The sinks were trimmed with a dark granite and copper speckled back splash. It just gave this home a bit more character and the price was quite good based on the current conditions.
