I was watching a special report about the building and economy in North Dakota. They were talking about their building and housing market and how it has been able to avoid the downturn that seems to be hampering most of the country. One of the local banks that had handled over 2000 loans commented that out of all those loans only three had defaulted which is a huge deal. This has helped local builders and online casino netmaterial handling supply companies to grow their inventory and maintain their current employees. It goes to show that the entire country is not underwater and that if people maintain their cool and do not panic then we will recover from this mess and headed back to prosperous times.
