Traveling to Myrtle

When I lived on the East coast we were given the opportunity to travel up and down the coast. We went there a couple of times on vacation and I miss going there. We have lately gone to other places, but I miss the area around South Carolina known as Myrtle Beach. There have been new myrtle beach hotels oceanfront that have amazing views and offer a great place to vacation. The Carolinas are booming these days and more travelers and tourists are seeing the beauty in the Southeast now. If you haven’t made up your mind yet about a family vacation in 2010; you may want to check the Myrtle Beach area and see if this might be the idea place to go this year. There is plenty to do for the adults and kids.

Where to put your new TV

Do you consider yourself as someone that is living life or just watching it? I read a nice little quote the other day and thought it was an interesting perspective. It was someone saying that they didn’t watch tv because they would rather live life than to watch someone else living it. I have watched my share of television over the years, so I am guilty of watching other people live their lives. I don’t get to watch tv as much as I would like to these days and I stay here on the computer mostly. Even with the new plasma TV’s becoming more available replacing all of our tv’s is becoming more tempting. There are some great plasma mounts that allow you to put these TV’s on the wall where they look the best and do not take up a lot of floor space.

What did you get for the holiday season

The 2009 Christmas shopping season is over and one of the hottest toys for this year was an electronic hamster. The craze that was started by the zhu zhu pets was quite interesting and even our daughter was putting them on her wish list. The pets were just the beginning because there are several accessories that you need to have to help bring them to life and help them interact with each other. It will be interesting to see what 2010 will hold for top toys and if some of the new 3D Tv’s will be on the market bringing to life some of the high end video games.
