You can bet that there are hundreds of people on the shores of the Gulf coast who are working around the clock to help clean up and reduce the impact of the BP oil spill. You could probably see dark circles under eyes from the long hours that people are putting into try and protect their beaches. The ecological impact will be felt for years even with the clean up underway. The good news is that there is progress to stop the oil spill and we now know much more about how to safely clean up disasters like this.
