The news that has all of late night talking is what is going to happen to the “The Tonight Show” franchise now that Conan has said he wants out and Jay has not said he will take it over. You can see the stress that these two must be going through and I even noticed dark circles under Leno’s eyes the other night. This is not what they both wanted and could signal the end of a era that was made famous by Johnny Carson. I am betting that they will just give Jay back “The Tonight Show” in order to try bring back those prime time viewers and not lose anymore to CBS.
