There is so much planning that goes into the wedding day, and then once the event occurs you look back and wonder how it all got done. From picking out the location, to the food, and the flowers. Get road side assistance if you break down

August 7th, 2011

Православни икониThis summer many families stayed closed to their homes for vacation or when they decided travel would camp or take an RV to a nearby national park. This helped to reduce travel costs and allow for families to really spend time together and see the great outdoors similar to the way people use to vacation in the 1950′s and 60′s. This also meant that having a good backup plan in the event you had trouble with your RV such as a good breakdown service package that would help get you out of trouble and in most cases provide you with a loaner to help you finish your trip. The world of RV camping has gotten much better and there are numerous resources to help keep you safe and secure while on the road.

June 3rd, 2011

There has been a surge in steel buildings as a preferred method of companies expanding their current office space. With steel buildings companies expand more quickly and create larger spaces and warehouses for much less than a standard brick and mortar building. Because the economy is just now starting to come back companies are trying to find economical ways to expand resources without going into debt.

Buying gold today

March 11th, 2011

It would seem to make some sense, if a business wanted to invest a certain portion of their company shares into the gold markets. Gold has historically been a good investment. Since the ages for all men, they have always had a fascination for gold and buy gold for investing or collecting. It’s turned out to be a pretty good friendship, since gold has never lost its value for very long and normally increases well over time. I could understand the larger corporations trying their hand at a gold investment for now or in the future. We are seeing more and more businesses diversify their portfolio and include precious metals.

Banking careers in 2010

November 30th, 2010

We do most of our banking online and the ease and convenience has been really great. Our Current Accounts consist of checking and savings which makes it easy to transfer money bank and forth from one account to another. Savings Accounts through our bank actually pay over 5% in interest which is higher than it has been in years. For the most I feel pretty secure when banking online and I can always go down to my local branch for depositing checks. Some banks charge for the internet banking which is odd since there is no teller involvement and the cost to incur the transaction is quite small. With all the online banking tools there is still banking careers available. The need to have a knowledgeable person at the bank to help provide assistance along with engaging customers online will be the trend in 2010 and into 2011.

Foreclosures in the Outer Banks

November 26th, 2010

If you are looking for a good investment there are still plenty of real estate deals across the country that are available. I was looking at some of the Outer Banks foreclosures that are listed at The Dean Agency and they present some great opportunities. These are properties that range located in the great vacation spot of the Outer Banks. Some of them are near or close to the beach while others are a couple of blocks off the shore line. This presents a great opportunity to own property in a shore type location where you have the option to rent out the home for additional income.

Still time to buy Gold

November 23rd, 2010

There has probably not been a better time to gold while the markets are trying to correct from the start of the year. Companies like United States Gold Bureau has been helping their customers for years in understanding the market and what options are available. As investors are taking their money out of the stock market. The WSJ says Buy Gold in one of their most recent articles so this will help fuel the price of gold for investors. The retail sector and job market are still weak and this has created a downturn in most major stocks as the effects from the mortgage and home industry are still being felt. As with any investment you should consult a financial consultant and way all the risks associated with any money that place in various investment vehicles.

Buying silver in 2010

November 23rd, 2010

Silver coins have started to become more popular as an investment vehicle due to the supply and demand worldwide for silver. A bag of half-dollars will net a little more, maybe 718-720 ounces because half-dollars did not circulate as much as dimes and quarters. Investors can expect to pay a little more for half-dollars than for dimes or quarters because of the higher silver content and because half-dollars are more popular. For those looking at precious metals then you should certainly look to buy gold bullion as part of your overall portfolio. There has been a fluctuation in gold and silver due to other commodities such as oil prices which seem to have direct impact on the price of silver today.

Helping your business grow

September 18th, 2010

Some businesses may be forced to do bold moves, but most companies should be able to make small adjustments to help balance the books, so profits can continue to roll-in. A company not accepting credit cards today is missing out on a piece of the credit market. Credit cards have been an easy and convenient way to pay these days and this trend should continue to go up. A small business not accepting credit cards is going to have a tough time keeping up with their competitors in the same industry. Adding a credit card pay option to the company website or just in general will help bring in new dollars. Existing customers may change the way they pay for things and start using their own credit cards as well. The credit card companies are here to stay and every business wanting to maximize their sales, should be accepting credit cards.
